2. Sales Policy
All sales of items marked as "on sale" are final. No returns or refunds will be issued for these items.
3. Warranty on Repairs
CZN Phone Repair offers a 30-day warranty on all repairs performed. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and parts used during the repair process.
4. Exclusions from Warranty
The 30-day warranty does not cover:
- Physical damage (e.g., cracks, water damage, or any damage resulting from misuse).
- Issues arising from subsequent repairs or modifications made by other service providers.
5. Liability Limitations
CZN Phone Repair is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.
6. Changes to Terms
CZN Phone Repair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
7. Water Damage Repair Policy
At CZN Phone Repair, we offer water damage repair services to help restore your device. However, due to the unpredictable nature of water damage, we cannot guarantee long-term functionality. Please note the following:
- Limited Liability: After the initial repair, we thoroughly test your device to ensure it is working at the time of pickup or delivery. Once your device is confirmed to be operational, our responsibility ends.
- No Warranty for Subsequent Issues: If any new issues arise within 1-2 days (or later) after the repair, we are not responsible for these issues. Water damage can cause unpredictable, lingering effects, and additional problems may develop over time.
- Additional Repairs: Any repairs needed for issues that arise after our initial work will be treated as a separate repair, with additional costs. This policy is in place to cover the potential ongoing effects of water damage, which can create new issues that are beyond our control.
8. Responsibility for Pre-existing Conditions & Post-Repair Issues
CZN Phone Repair is not responsible for issues arising during or after repairs due to pre-existing damage or underlying conditions. This includes:
- Pre-existing Conditions: If a device has issues (e.g., the phone turns on but the screen is unresponsive), and new problems arise after repair (e.g., the screen still doesn’t work or the device won’t power on), CZN Phone Repair is not liable.
- Reassembly Issues: If a customer chooses not to proceed with a repair after being notified of potential issues and the original parts are reinstalled, CZN Phone Repair is not liable for new problems that may occur, including the screen failing to turn on after reinstallation.
- Notification of Risks: If there are underlying issues (e.g., internal component damage), we will notify the customer, but are not responsible for any unforeseen issues that may arise during or after the repair.
